Every Project is Unique
This was a fun project for a fun and active family. Nestled in the foothills of northwest Colorado Springs, the property featured native pine and scrub oak, with room to provide color and function around the home.
The builder had placed large boulders to retain the slope. We softened and layered these boulders with shrubs, perennials, and grasses. The entry area features a small stream. A walkway and stairs connected the home to a contemplative hammock area as well as an in ground trampoline. Cedar mulch provides a soft backdrop for the plantings.
Our wonderful clients were pleased with the colorful gardens around their home and have enjoyed them for many years.
